Returns & Exchanges Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your product is custom-produced and exempt from return under applicable consumer law.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only at our discretion and where required by law.


Exclusions

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after an order has been placed

  • Incorrect size, variant, or shipping address provided at checkout

  • Minor color variations resulting from differences in screen displays or production processes

  • Orders reported outside the 7-day claim period


Final Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions or sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
