Thank you for shopping with Tamāri Murti. All of our wall art products — including posters, canvas prints, and metal prints — are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Production Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary during peak seasons or high order volume periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days

These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Shipping Delays

Tamāri Murti is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak shipping periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tamāri Murti is not responsible for any additional charges applied after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
